Full disclosure: I received a copy of Leadership in Action in a giveaway. I really enjoyed Leadership in Action. Cantwell writes in an easy style and makes reading about leadership engaging.

His No. 3 is quite pragmatic, with useful recommendations and interesting anecdotes scattered throughout. The book is broken up into 5 sections, or lanes: A-E/5. The following is a list of the most cited articles based on citations published in the last three years, according to CrossRef.
